Please be aware that all mock-ups displayed on our website are solely for illustrative purposes. The final layout and colors of the actual products may differ.

Refund and Returns Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, along with sufficient photos as evidence to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account within a certain timeframe. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@oashop.co.za and send your item to: Brits POSTNET. Please include a letter detailing your issue and a printed copy of your original order.

Please refer to our sizing chart before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot be held responsible. However, we may offer a replacement in some cases, with return shipping and new item shipping costs covered by you.

Items ordered wrongly with an added custom name or logo, are not eligible for refunding.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver who later gave it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, should the item be faulty.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, mail it to: Brits POSTNET.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
