At Odyssey Apparel, we like keeping things quick, clear, and zero-stress. Below is our Turnaround and Shipping Policy, setting out exactly how our turnaround times and delivery work, so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.

Turnaround Costs

We charge R200 flat rate, nationwide. Orders exceeding R2000 qualify for free shipping Nationwide.

Turnaround Times

1. Design Turnarounds (1–2 Days)

Magic takes some time to perfect.

2. Manufactured Apparel (2-3 Weeks)

Because we don’t keep apparel stock on-hand, there’s a bit more choreography, but we keep it moving.

Third-Party Providers & Delays

We rely on trusted third-party partners (couriers, suppliers, etc.) to complete parts of your order. While we do everything we can to keep things smooth and on schedule, some delays or issues are unfortunately outside our control.

That said, we’ll always try to assist, follow up, or intervene where possible to help resolve any problems quickly.

Returns Shipping (Supplier Policy Applies)

If you ever need to return an item, please note:

• Return shipping is at your own cost.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a refund is processed, return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
