"On backorder" means that we don't keep the specific item in stock and need to manufacture it. Our orders typically take two to three weeks due to our queue system.
Generally, our orders go out within two weeks. We sometimes get them done within a week. In some cases, it might take a little longer, depending on your order and how busy we might be at the time. We work on a queue system, first in first out.
We offer in house shipping (DSV), charged at a flat rate nationwide, but you may choose to send your own courier or collect from our premises yourself, just choose the local pickup option.
